Wine Langhe DOC Favorita White Manoir di famiglia Briccaia. Langhe DOC Favorita White Manoir di famiglia Briccaia is an extremely elegant, rare and lively Italian white wine, which uniquely highlights the heritage of the indigenous Favorita variety from the famous Piedmont wine-making zone. The Favorita variety (which shares a common genetic root with Vermentino) offers a wine with a bright straw yellow color and wonderful greenish highlights that predispose to its absolutely cool character. On the nose it develops a delicate, fine and extremely charming aromatic bouquet, dominated by fresh citrus fruits, ripe white-fleshed peach and white flowers, such as hawthorn and acacia, combined with soft hints of freshly cut grass. In the mouth it stands out for its light, elegant and balanced body, which is supported exemplarily by a crisp, refreshing acidity and a light minerality. Its taste is clean, dry and leaves a delicate, characteristic bitter almond sensation that invites you to the next sip. This easy-drinking and refreshing character makes it an ideal aperitif, but also an excellent gastronomic companion for light dishes, such as fresh seafood, appetizers, vegetable risotto, salads and white meats. It is ideally served very well chilled, at 8°C–10°C, offering a rare and authentic Italian wine experience.
