Light wine, with dominant acidity, gives a sense of freshness, while at the same time the satisfactory volume balances the result, giving many possibilities for harmony with food. The aftertaste is strongly fruity with a long duration. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood (shrimps, crayfish), with small fried fish and pasta with soft sauces.
